My fiance was sent here by his workplace in order to get prescription safety glasses, which he loves and have been fantastic.When it came to renewing my own prescription and getting new glasses, he insisted I come here myself because it was the best eye exam he's ever had as a lifelong glasses wearer.All the staff are fabulous! I agree with my fiance that this is the best eye exam. I brought up a recent visual field issue that popped up in the week before my appt, and they took extra time to rule out all eyeball reasons for the issue.When it comes to picking a new pair of glasses, the selection is great, the cost is fair (less than half the cost of my previous pair of glasses) and they came in slightly earlier than promised. When picking them up, the gentleman took them and adjusted them slightly on the spot to ensure they fit my face just right.Overall experience is 10/10, but sadly I am limited to 5 stars. My fiance and I will both be back when it's time for our next prescription updates!

They do direct billing which is a nice plus for those who are covered and their prices are reasonable for all budgets in mind.Outside of this, their customer service is impeccable, with both experienced and educated employers more then willing to assist with any and all questions you may have.

We came based on a doctor's recommendation. Previous years, we went to many different optometric centres and could never find the proper fit for my son. Due to his vision deficiencies, having the right frame that fits well is extremely important.Luckily for us, Michael went above and beyond for us. He took time finding the frame that has the best shape and the best size based on my son's face shape and nose size. He also made sure it is as light as possible because the lenses are already thick due to high myopia. After the glasses were ready for pick up, he also made sure that the frame sits well on the nose, doesn't slide and is not tight around the ears.We really appreciate all his work and can happily say that this is the best pair of glasses my son has ever had. We are very thankful to have found an eyewear centre where the staff really care about their products as well as the customer experience.I would highly recommend this optometric centre to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much Acuitis vision and hearing care for a great experience and for my son's amazing glasses!

Michael and staff were great to deal with. I was told by my previous optometrist that there was a 15 month waiting list to get an appointment. So we found this spot online and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed, we were able to get in right away and at a time that suited us on the weekend. They were very friendly and super helpful in when it came to buying new glasses. Highly recommend going to them for all your eyewear needs.

I went in with an old pair of progressives. The first pair I’d ever needed and I hated them from the get go (purchased elsewhere). We sat down after my eye exam and tried some frames and I was reassured that I would love my new glasses and that the progressive lenses will be spot on. The eye exam experience was great. However, once we started looking at the glasses, the gentleman told me the frame would be $250, the lenses $350, and there was another additional charge of around $80, bringing the total to approximately $700. I told him that paying $250 just for the frame was too much just for the office glasses. He then responded in a condescending manner and said, “If you want something cheap, I’ll find you an $80 frame,” but the way he approached it felt like he was looking down on me. I kept my composure, thanked him, and left. What a disgrace.

Everyone here is AMAZING! I have never been to a place where they help you every step of the way. I have a very large prescription and my old glasses were extremely heavy on my face. My new ones however, are the lightest things I have ever felt in my life! I had a great experience during my eye exam at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and made me feel very welcomed. Dr. Bonneau took her time during the exam and never made me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. Mike was excellent and had a great sense of humour, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The girls working there, Mike, and the optometrist all helped me pick out my glasses and were very patient and helpful. The entire team truly went above and beyond. I went in for an eye exam with Dr. Bonneau mainly regarding issues with light sensitivity. She did complete testing and also discovered that I needed a prescription to help reduce my headaches. My experience with her was exceptional.I was then able to look at a bunch of different frames, and the staff was incredibly patient and kind while I decided what I wanted.Once I picked my frames, I was helped in picking the proper lenses that would help reduce my light induced migraines. They clearly explained what the lenses would do and how they would help, and the glasses were ready quicker than anticipated.

Very bad after sale service and poor material quality. Buy new glasses as needed for driving. Left them in the car and they melted. Went back and no offer except full replacement on my own dime. Don't think I'll go there again. It's sad as I wanted to encourage enterprise in our neighborhood.

Great Place for your vision needs!I got more first eye test and glasses at Acuitis a few months ago. The entire team simply has been fantastic from start to finish and I could not have gone to any place better. They really take their time and advise you on your needs. The value excellent customer service and their products are excellent. They are definitely not the cheapest out there, but all their products are of excellent quality with an emphasis on sustainability and they have really nice designs for which you do not have to break the bank. My wife needed new glasses and testing too so I send her to Acuitis straight away and she was equally as happy with the experience.Most certainly the place to go if you want professional, friendly service and value high quality products!
